how can I change exam schedule?

Can you confirm if you scheduled your Microsoft Certification exam through Pearson VUE using your Microsoft Certification Dashboard?

If you want to change your exam type from online to a test center, you must sign in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard, select “Appointments,” and then choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel.”

Once canceled, schedule a new exam and select a test center instead of “Online.” Microsoft supports changes only through the dashboard, and all changes must happen at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

You cannot change an exam from online to test center; you will need to cancel and rebook the exam.
