    Hi Carol,

Since your Vault is linked to your old email address (@***co.uk), you’ll need to regain access to that Microsoft account to retrieve your files. Try these steps below:

    1. Recover Your Microsoft Account Visit https://account.live.com/acsr and follow the steps to recover your account. You’ll be asked to provide any information you remember, such as previous passwords or linked recovery options.

Check Other Devices If you previously accessed your Vault on a PC or mobile device, check if you're still signed in. You might be able to move your files to your new account from there.

Contact Microsoft Support If recovery doesn’t work, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Select OneDrive and then “I can’t sign in” to get help from their team.

Once you regain access, you can transfer your files to your new email account (gmail) and set up a new Personal Vault.
