Previously my DVD drive worked. Now that it isn't working I looked in Device Manager and it appears, on My Computer it doesn't exist? I have tried all of the suggestions through the MS Help page but cannot resolve this issue. Also, ALL of my drive letters have been used? Several issues here I am trying to resolve but can't seem to figure out what exactly is going on? I desperately need some educated help.
