Login Issue – Mismatch Between Email Address and Azure UPN
Hi Microsoft Support Team,
One of our users is facing an issue while trying to log in to a customer portal. The customer portal is registered using the user’s email address, and authentication is handled through Azure.
Unfortunately, during login, instead of using the registered email address, Azure returns the user’s UPN. Since the UPN and the email address are different, the user is unable to access or sign in to the customer portal.

Registered Email Address: ******@gerab.com
Azure Returned UPN: ******@gerabgroup.com
Could you please look into this matter and help us resolve the issue?
