Persistent Microsoft Charges

I’ve tried to contact Microsoft everywhere with NO success — I’m honestly furious at the level of inefficiency. I haven’t even been able to create a support ticket because there’s simply no place to do it!

At some point, I had a trial subscription for M365 Business, and after testing it, I canceled my subscription — but they keep charging me. There have already been two charges so far.

The transactions are labeled as:

MICROSOFT#G114570363 MSBILL.INFO US

MICROSOFT-G119934895 425-6816830 US

The support service is terrible — it feels like they’re forcing you to keep paying for something you don’t even have active. I have no idea what these charges are for, or if they’re even mine and somehow they’re being wrongfully billed to me.

Any idea what I can do besides canceling my card???

    Generally, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93 .

Note that if you signed up for a trial subscription, and then forgot to cancel, the trial will be converted to a paid subscription. If that is what happened, your account should let you cancel the subscription. You can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and test with your various @outlook.com and @hotmail.com accounts, and with a bit of luck you will find the correct one.
