Retention Policy seems to be set up on my e-mail - need help removing

This is a work account and managed through Go daddy as well. Spent hours on the phone with Go daddy and Microsoft and they cant figure it out. HELP!

    Based on my research, may I verify that when you contacted Microsoft, have they mentioned that you or your admin can remove Retention Policy through Exchange Online PowerShell? If so, can you let me know what issues you encounter when follow this suggestion?
    Additionally, when you mentioned calling Microsoft, could you confirm if you used the phone number listed in their official article or through third party support?
