From what you described, it seems you were previously using Google Authenticator and then switched to Microsoft Authenticator, but now your accounts are missing in Microsoft Authenticator. This happens because there is currently no feature to automatically transfer authentication factors from one authenticator app to another. Each app stores its own credentials, and they cannot sync across platforms for security reasons.
