How to confirm plan subscription of pilot 365?

I'm on ansroid and have installed pilot 365. On the play Store under subscriptions it's still says to "confirm plan". I'm already signed into pilot 365 and when trying to confirm plan I get a "something went wrong" message. How do I fix this. I just needed to used word and OneDrive.

That is odd - however, Word is free for Android as far as I know.

Could you see a subscription at https://account.microsoft.com/services page?
