outlook.pst cannot be found; cannot start microsoft outlook; cannot open the outlook window

Have followed the troubleshooting procedure(s) without success. Can anyone help?

You have to search first the missing pst file.

Open File Explorer.

In the search bar, type:

*.pst

Wait a bit, this might take a few minutes while Windows searches your entire drive.

You’re looking for files like:

Outlook.pst

archive.pst

personal.pst
