Why do I get an error (AADSTS5000225) when I attempt to login with new account?

I am writing to request assistance with reactivating my Azure tenant, which appears to have been blocked due to inactivity. When I attempt to sign in to the Azure portal, I receive the following error:
AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.
Here are the relevant details:
Tenant creation date: I received the “Welcome to Azure” email on October 17, 2025
Error encountered: AADSTS5000225
- Email associated with the tenant: K****@gmail.com
I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether the tenant is still within the reactivation window and assist with restoring access if possible.
