Hello Microsoft, I’m trying to cancel my Microsoft subscription, but I’m being asked to sign in to the account that currently holds the subscription. Unfortunately, I’m unable to log in because my Microsoft Authenticator app isn’t working, and I can’t complete the verification process.

Could you please advise me on how to access my account or cancel the subscription without using the Authenticator app?

I will appreciate your help.
