Hi @Pong, Kevin,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Since the items were imported via an .ics file and are now in your main personal calendar, the quickest way to organize them is to move them into a separate calendar. Here’s how you can do it in New Outlook for Windows:
Step 1: Create a new Calendar
- In Outlook, go to Calendar view.
- In the left pane, under My Calendars, right-click and select Add Calendar > Create New Blank Calendar.
- Give it a name (e.g., “Imported Events”) and click OK.

Step 2: Move events to the new Calendar
Unfortunately, Outlook does not have a bulk “Move” option for calendar items, so you’ll need to use multi-select:
- Switch to List View for easier selection:
- Go to View > Change View > List.
You can refer to this link: Create or change the view of a list
- Select all imported events (use Ctrl + Click or Shift + Click).
- Drag the selected items to the new calendar in the left pane.
If the imported events share a category or date range, you can use Search or Filter in List View to narrow down the selection before moving.
This way it keeps your personal calendar clean while preserving the imported events for reference.
If you prefer to delete them instead, you can follow the same steps in List View and press Delete after selecting.
