I cannot receive or send emails through our msn account or through outlook

Our email was hacked and we changed our password with our msn account and we also use Outlook. We have not received or have been able to send emails vis msn server and outlook since then.

    It’s common for Microsoft to temporarily restrict email access after a hack to protect your account. Even with a new password, your apps might still be trying to use the old one, which can cause sync failures or errors.

    Try logging in at Outlook.live.com to see if email works there. If it does, the issue is likely with your Outlook app settings. You may need to remove and re-add your account using the correct server settings, and make sure everything is up to date.
