2. What is the exact model of your device?
In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.
Please share a screenshot of that window.
In the meantime, please try the following:
- Press Windows + X and choose 'Device Manager.'
- Expand 'Mice and other pointing devices' or 'Human Interface Devices'
- Right-click on your touchpad driver
- Select 'Update driver.'
- Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
- Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer."
- Select an older driver from the list and click 'Next.'
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- If the issue persists, follow 1-3 then select 'Uninstall device'
- Proceed with the uninstallation and then restart your computer and check.
