Someone from the technical support team at 365 needs to help. The salesperson had told us there's an option. Sending multiple links hasn't worked.

    Hi @Uche Okeoma,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

To assist you with more accuracy, could you provide some additional information for me?

    • Can you describe what specifically you're trying to set up? (e.g., users' accounts, Teams, SharePoint, domain creation,...)
    • Are you able to log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
    • Did you buy your subscription straight from Microsoft or through a third-party partner or reseller?
    • Did the salesperson mention a specific setup service or onboarding support?
    • How many users are you trying to set up, and do you already have a domain name?

Once I have a clearer understanding of your current situation, I’ll be happy to assist you with greater accuracy. Please feel free to share any additional details you believe are relevant. Screenshots are especially helpful and much appreciated.

For some clarification, to raise a support ticket, if your organization's subscription is from a partner or reseller, you have to contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you.

If you have access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can create a support ticket by yourself from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support with your "*@.onmicrosoft.com account. (admin account)

    • After that choose the "Contact support".     User's image
    • Fill out the required information in the form, including a description of the issue you are experiencing.
    • Click on the "Create" button to submit your request. Which will give you a ticket number.

Once your request is submitted, a support engineer will be assigned to your case and will contact you to provide assistance.

They can also contact them via phone number to Microsoft Support:

I hope the information provided proves useful. Please proceed with the outlined steps and let me know whether they resolve the issue. If not, I’ll be glad to continue working with you to find a solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out at any time.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Since you have a business subscription, you should be able to get assistance through the business phone support. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 .
