To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:

1. Is your Outlook account a Microsoft 365/Exchange account or something else (POP/IMAP)?
2. Did you delete the appointment recently, and have you emptied the Deleted Items folder?
3. Are you using Classic Outlook for Windows or Outlook on the Web?

In the meantime, I recommend these steps below:

• In Classic Outlook, go to Deleted Items.
• If you find the appointment, right‑click it and select Move > Calendar or drag it back to your calendar.
