Are you deliberately making Paint difficult to work with? So that we move on to another program?

For years, Paint has been incrementally increasing the time it takes to save changes to a picture. First they made the Save button function like Save As. Then they made the Save As default type PNG instead of JPG or whatever the picture already was. Now you have to actually click on the original file to save over it or else it will create a second file with the exact same name and file type. This is so frustrating! Please! Your 3D images app is too difficult to work with - there's no easy way to simpy rotate an image and crop it to the desired frame, reduce the image file size, and then add text if necessary. Paint does all of this so easily, yet you make saving changes an absolute chore, a ridiculous waste of time.

As we’re a user to user forum Microsoft will not see your comments/suggestions/complaint. I would recommend sending Microsoft feedback via the app - Windows key + F key or via the web:
