    Hey there,

I completely understand why you’d want to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription now that you’re no longer working from home.

The reason it’s still active is that Microsoft 365 subscriptions renew automatically until the recurring billing is turned off.

To fix this, just head to account.microsoft.com/services, sign in with the account linked to your subscription, and click Manage next to Microsoft 365.

From there, choose Cancel or Turn off recurring billing and follow the steps shown. Once that’s done, your plan will stop renewing, and you won’t be charged again.

Just to double-check, are you using a personal Microsoft account or one provided by your workplace?

That’ll help me guide you to the right place if it’s managed by an organization.

    Regards, Aron
