EXCEL APP ONLINE

Question

I have created an APP in excel that I want to run online.

The problem is that encryption doesn’t work well, and users can see the functions and even download the file.
I have tried PROTECTION AND ENCRYPTION, but they don’t work.
Is it at all possible to run an excel app online with full encryption and protection so that users can not see beyond what they are permitted to see?

< Personally, it may not be able to achieve currently.

The official stated that "Excel for the web can open workbooks protected by a password but these files cannot be edited in web. Passwords can’t be added, changed, removed, or recovered from Excel for the web".
