    Dear @K Michael Young,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Microsoft officially discontinued direct download links for Office 2010 products, including Project and Visio. Microsoft ended support for Office 2010–era products on October 13, 2020. As part of that retirement, Microsoft removed public download links for full installers of Visio 2010 and Project 2010. For reference: End of support for Office 2010

This means if you have valid product key, you can still try redeeming them at https://office.com/setup. If the key is valid for 2010, your Microsoft Account should provide the installer.

However, you can still find on Microsoft’s site the viewer version, not the desktop applications:

    Dear @K Michael Young,

I truly understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must be for you, especially after following the upgrade instructions carefully. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Please understand that, as a public forum moderator, I do not have any involvement in product development or the authority to provide non-supported versions. My primary goal is to provide helpful guidance and support through general troubleshooting steps, and we truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations. We genuinely hope the information we share helps guide you in the right direction, and we're always here to assist as much as we can within our scope and the current policies.

Microsoft officially ended support for Office 2010 products (including Project and Visio) on October 13, 2020. As part of that process, they removed public download links for full installers to reduce security risks and encourage migration to supported versions. Unfortunately, this means the original setup files are no longer available through standard Microsoft download pages. For reference: End of support for Office 2010

While I don’t have the ability to provide archived installers or influence product decisions, your experience is important. I strongly recommend sharing this feedback with Microsoft’s product team.

To ensure your feedback reaches the right teams, I highly recommend submitting your feedback directly to Microsoft Ideas · Community. Providing feedback helps Microsoft understand the real-world impact of removing legacy downloads and may influence future decisions.

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, we are not involved in product decisions and do not have direct access to the development roadmap.

I know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I truly regret that I cannot restore access to these installers.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.
