Hello Dale ,
My recommendation is a clean installation of Windows 11. This will wipe your drive and give you a fresh start, which is the most reliable way to fix this persistent boot error.
Guide to Clean Install Windows 11:
1. Create Installation Media:
Use a working computer to download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website. Run it to create a bootable USB drive.

2. Boot from USB:
Plug the USB into your computer and restart. Enter your BIOS/UEFI (typically by pressing F2, F12, or Delete during startup) and change the boot order to prioritize the USB drive.
3. Delete Partitions & Install:
When setup loads, follow the prompts until you see the "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen. Select and delete every partition on the drive until only one block of "Unallocated Space" remains. Select this unallocated space and click "Next" to begin the clean installation.
4. Complete Setup:
The installation will proceed automatically. After completion, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your user account and settings. Finally, run Windows Update to ensure you have the latest drivers and security patches.
Hope this helps solve your problem. A clean install is often the definitive fix when other recovery methods have failed.
