    Hi Iris Belardinelli,

Good day. I hope everything's well. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. Let's try to do some steps to and see which one may apply to you.

First, let's try to find your passwords if you save it through Web Browsers.

For Google Chrome. Open Chrome > Click the three dots on the upper right of the browser > Click Settings. On the left, click Autofill and Passwords > Google Password Manager. From there your check your saved passwords

For Microsoft Edge. Open Edge > Click the three dots on the upper right > Settings > Profiles > Passwords. Scroll to Saved Passwords.

click the eye button for both browsers to reveal the password.

Second, is through Windows Credential Manager. This is for network drives, Outlook, Windows Apps' Passwords. To do this press Win+S > type Credential Manager > Open it > Choose Web Credentials or Windows Credentials > Expand and entry > Click Show next to the password. You may be asked for your Windows login password before your proceed.

I hope 1 of these steps helps to retrieve/view your saved passwords.

    Regards,

    Jhun
