I downloaded a Cabinet File for the Realtek RTL885BE PCIe adaptor; exactly how do I install it?

    Click your Start Button, then just type cmd and on the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'.

    In command Prompt, run this command (replace XXXX with the exact path and name of the cab file).

    dism /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:"XXXX"
