Can you please exam the email address referenced in the delivery report email, and see if it is indeed the exact same email for this particular recipient?
Does this happen to anyone you sent invitiation to, or just one person?

When sending calendar invite from my personal hotmail account with Teams meeting details included i get:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
(******@email.com) Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
How do i prevent this? I can send the recipients an email normally and include the teams link in that.
