Can not read or down load camera cards how do I fix this.

Are you getting any specific error messages when trying to read or download photos from your camera card, or does the card simply not show up on your device?

Can you please specify which device you are trying to import photos from, like is it a Smartphone, SD card, or a USB drive?

Does the device appear in File Explorer? If you can see all your pictures in the File Explorer library, you can simply copy or move them to a local folder instead of using Import functions on the Microsoft Photos app.
