Thank you for posting, I am here to help. If your name, billing address, expiration date, or CVV number has changed for your Microsoft account payment method, you can update it.

Update your payment method online:

Click this link to open: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?ref=SMC-4026594

log in using your Microsoft Account. Check the payment method you want to update, and then select View or edit card. Enter your updated info, and then select Save.
