Microsoft 365 Non-Profit Subscription Expired – Options to Restore Access to OneDrive folders

Hi,

We’re a small local not-for-profit netball club who's Microsoft 365 subscription (Not-for-profit, Donation) expired due to that particular subscription being discontinued. We were unaware that the subcription had expired, as the notification emails were being sent to an account that had not been monitored. As a result, we have lost access to our OneDrive where all our important club documents are stored (without an alternative back up).

We previously opened a ticket, but that was prematurely closed (TrackingID#2510210030002874) - we were instructed to purchase a new subscription and thought that would enable us to see re-enable our folders, but it doesn't appear to have worked.

Could you please advise:

Whether our access is currently disabled, and/or retrievable? Also, what steps (if possible) we can take to recover our OneDrive data to our new subscription that we purchased last week?

We’d really appreciate any guidance to help us get access back to our OneDrive folders.

Thank you and regards, David, Treasurer, Laburnum Netball Club

If you purchased new subscriptions, you need to assign them to users.
