ipad version 26.0.1

Oneonte version 16.102.1

Sharing a page from OneNote, but when I tap "Send a copy of the page," nothing happens. I’m supposed to get a menu where I can choose where to send it, but it never appears. I’ve tried force-quitting the app and restarting the iPad, but the problem is still there. Reseting it didn’t do any good except that my data was gone.

I tried using OneNote on web but in-case of the web version I couldn’t paste from other apps as it says that my browser doesn’t has access to the clipboard both in-case of Safari and Chrome.

Thus I am unable to use OneNote as a whole.

Though it works fine on my Android phone but the screen is small there thus I can’t work there.

Hello Snehansu Sekhar Paria, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding the “Send Copy of Page” feature on iPad, recently many users have reported that tapping this button causes the OneNote app to crash, close automatically, or become unresponsive. This appears to be an unusual behavior following the latest OneNote update combined with the recent iPadOS update.

To help the product team address this issue quickly, please send feedback using one of the following methods:

    • Use the Help > Send Feedback option within the OneNote app, or
    • Submit feedback via the Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub by visiting: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub → Send Feedback → Describe your suggestion in detail.

Posts with high engagement help encourage the Microsoft product team to prioritize and accelerate resolution of the issue.

In the meantime, you can try update iPadOS to the latest version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update > and install any available updates. In earlier occurrences, updating to iPadOS 17.5.1 restored export behavior for some users.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your understanding.
