i get this error when I try to enroll in the extended support for windows 10. what should i do? how to contact them and address this issue?
Many people are still reporting at this late stage, they are seeing that error or have not yet received the offer to enroll for the ESU yet, the process is a bit buggy.
Open the Settings App, then go to the Location settings section, ensure you have Location Services enabled for all apps and also the 'Find my device' setting, then restart your PC and try enrolling in the ESU again.
I managed to get the Location Services enabled for all apps and also the find my device. After restart I still get the same message in the picture above. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing the latest windows update I had and after restart I still got the same issue. I am using my device on a EU country. Is there anything else I can try? I am connected to my work pc with a work domain based account but in the email and account section of the account settings I am connected to my onmicrosoft work email account. I cant switch because the domain policy is preventing me from witching from the domain account to microsoft account.
Is it necessary to login as a microsoft account user or just be sure your account is logged in and active as shown in picture? I am using my device on a EU country. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you.

There is nothing further you need to do, you will automatically get the ESU offer soon, there is no method available to force the registration of the ESU.
