Microsoft Rewards account is temporarily restricted

Can't redeem my points and all i'm doing is searching each day...why is this happening?

I can't even fill out the form to contact rewards support since it's all greyed out.

Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the program which you accepted when joining.

I wish I knew how I am breaking the rules by just using their search functionality.
