Hello, I cancelled my office business 365 account several months ago and continue to get charged and cannot access it. I have tried to call and since I do not know my domain/ email log in for the business I cannot get to speak to a person.Online recovery has not been successful. Currently I am logged in to my personal account in an effort to be able to ask this question. My business account was billed to ******@gmail.com and I just got a new statement being billed this week, I requested the closure 8/12 so I am not sure why I am being billed. I would like to ensure it is closed and that I get a refund for prior 3 installments and to ensure there is no further billing. I see this email I received 8/12 when I requested closure. Any communication I have shows this as associated with Beyond Wellness.

Most recent invoice number is - Invoice number: G115217971

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account, login-related, and billing-related issues.

Since you can’t access the old business account, the fastest way to stop any more charges is to contact your bank or card provider and ask them to block Microsoft’s recurring payments. They can also help you dispute the unwanted charges and prevent future billing.

Or, you can create a temporary Microsoft 365 Business trial account and use it to reach Microsoft Support directly through the admin center, that often helps you connect with the right support team faster:

Be sure to share your invoice number (G115217971) and the billing email when you contact them, that’ll help Microsoft locate and review the subscription quickly.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
