I can not log into my microsoft account

It is redicoulouse that there is no way to contact a support team. I try since 2 days to enter my microsoft account. The so call tool is going in circle and I am not getting anywhere. It ask me to recover to look at any Authenticator lock for a code. the account is not on any Authenticator app. so I choice the password version. I receive an email to create a new passwort. Which I did, but the new passwort is not working and it ask me to verfiy again with the Authenticator app or via Password. When I am using password it give me a new code to create a new password. When I choice that I do not know my password it is going in circle.

There is nooooooo SUPPORT Option within Microsoft only these tools which are not working. How to fix the probem if there is not really a support team. I am so close to change everything to Apple even I am not a fan of Apple but this is terrible.

I hope there is anybody who is able to really help me without sending me back into the circle. By now I am not getting any new codes from Microsoft no more as I asked too many time.
