I passed my Azure AI-900 but didn't get the certificate

I passed my Azure AI-900 exam and received the “Pass” message along with my score right after submitting the test. However, it’s been over 48 hours, and I still haven’t received any email, certificate, or badge from Microsoft confirming my certification.
