This is my personal email, and only have sent less than 5 emails today. Somehow I keep getting this message. Also, this error message only appears when I tried to email a specific group of people, emails to other receipients are able to sent successfully.

    Hey there!

I'm sorry that you are facing this issue.

It looks like Outlook.com's anti-spam safeguards are being triggered, but only for certain recipients or group messages

Few tips you can to see if it helps.

Send a test email to each person in the group individually to identify which address may trigger the block.

If you're using a contact group, recreate it manually . One of the contacts may have a corrupted or outdated address.

Check for any links or attachments in the message that could resemble spam triggers.

Wait a few hours and try sending it again. The temporary flag often lifts quickly.

It looks like the account reputation is low, Microsoft's anti-spam filter sometimes limits all your subsequent sending, even to smaller groups, to prevent further damage.

I would suggest you must stop sending emails entirely for a full 24hrs (or at least until the following day).

Log out of all devices (desktop Outlook, web, mobile) and log back in after the waiting period. Sometimes this forces the account status to refresh.
