Server-side rules are the way to go, if the rule is not working for you for some reason, best post the exact configuration you are using.
Do note that this requires you to have a valid Exchange/Office 365 account.
Is it possible to get auto-reply on every email that is sent to mailbox

Hi,
We would like to get auto-reply email every time mail is sent to specific mailbox. I checked on google every link and every option but nothing worked. Tried server-side / client side mailbox rules, oof config, auto-reply config but nothing helped. Is this possible?

If you want to let the recipient could see this emails, you need to use inbox rule(It could work when Outlook not running):
This rule will send an email(Use the template that you created) to the sender.
Please note: this rule will send an new email back to the sender rather than reply original mail. There doesn't exist a build-in function to reply all emails. OOF could reply email, but it only works one time for each sender.
