    Dear @TD, Pradhaban,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where the Teams List is not loading properly in a specific channel, while Lists in other Teams channels are functioning as expected

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

To understand the situation better and provide you with the most suitable support, could you confirm the following information:

    • Are you using the desktop app, web app, or mobile app for Teams?
    • Which OS and version are you on (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)?
    • When did the issue start happening? Is the issue also happening to other members in the same channel?
    • Are you using a List tab added to the channel? Does the List partially load or not load at all?
    • Do you see any error message or code when the List fails to load, or nothing happened? If yes, could you please provide a screenshot of it so that I could have a visual reference and more information on it?

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue:

    • Fully quit the Teams app and open again or try signing out and back in and check if the List in that channel can load normally
    • Test in Teams web app (https://teams.microsoft.com/) to rule out client issues
    • Clear Teams cache: Please refer to this article for step-by-step instructions: Clear the Teams client cache
    • Repair Teams: If you use Windows, in Settings > go to Apps > Installed apps > Teams > Advanced options > Repair

If you’re able to share a bit more about your situation, I might be able to suggest some helpful next steps.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!

Thank you for your time and patience.
