The certificate does not appear

i took ( Administering Microsoft Azure SQL solutions exam DP300) and passed it , but there is no certicate - it dosen't appear in my account . what is the reason ??

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my Microsoft DP-300 (Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions) certification.

I successfully passed the DP-300 examination; however, the certification is not currently appearing in my Microsoft Learn account, and I have not been able to access or download the certificate.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly check my certification record and assist me in obtaining the certificate or linking the certification to my Microsoft Learn account.

Several possibilities, you may need to wait up to 24-48 hours, or you may not be signed into Learn with the correct email address
