I have used only 470GB out of 1TB OneDrive storage but i keep getting the OneDrive Sync Error saying... "The file or folder and its contents cannot fit in the remaining quota of your "OneDrive". The size of files i am trying to save are only 600kb and 4Mb.

Hi Aaz, Running into a sync error like that especially when you know you’ve got plenty of space left can feel really frustrating. It’s like being told your bag is full when you can clearly see there’s still room inside.

To resolve the OneDrive sync quota error, first verify your actual storage usage in OneDrive Storage Management to confirm it shows 470GB of 1TB used then empty hidden storage such as the Recycle Bin and unnecessary shared folders. relink your account by unlinking and signing back in check for file/folder issues like overly long paths or special characters and finally update to the latest OneDrive client to rule out misreported quota.

Are there any large shared folders synced to your account that you may not need but still count against your quota?
