How Do You Open the MO-211 Course Material Folder Documents After Downloading Them To Your Computer

Hi,

I downloaded the folders for the course materials on the MO-211 from the following link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/educator-center/instructor-materials/microsoft-365-apps-certification-preparation-materials. I was previously able to download course materials and open the documents in the folders. But now when I try to open these documents from my computer it asks for my Microsoft Account user name, password and a pin. When I enter it, it doesn't accept it and asks for another user name, password and pin. Do I need to register for another account? How do I open these documents downloaded to my computer?
