We are unable to login on a tenant that we manage with the sole administrator account. MFA is blocked with error 399287

Is there any way to re-register MFA for a sole admin account so that we can and configure MFA again, so that we can help people with issues on this tenant.
Because we are currently fully locked out.
Any help or advice is appreciated. Or can someone give directions in how to resolve these issues?
