    Hi, I understand you’re trying to remove an old PC from your Microsoft account. Are you doing this through your device list online? Try signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/devicesselect the old PC, choose Show details, then click Remove device. If it still shows up, sign out of your Microsoft account on that PC or reset the device before removing it again.
