Outlook not working

Outlook not receiving or sending emails. Options from Copilot useless, didn't help. Just purchased Office 365. Not happy.

Took way too much time and effort to switch to Classic. Nothing works.

Microsoft recommends using the Support and Recovery Assistant for Microsoft 365, which can automatically detect and fix many common Outlook connectivity issues. If that doesn’t help, checking for updates, recreating your Outlook profile, or reviewing your account setup might be necessary.
