windows hello does not work

Why is Windows Hello not working on my new PC. I'm being told to move closer to the camera, but I'm already very close.

Hello,

If windows hello’s facial recognition is not working it is likely that the camera is dirty or the lighting conditions aren’t good for taking photos.

Turn on the lights in the room where you’re using windows hello, and make sure to wipe the camera lens clean.
