I'm having trouble opening Microsoft defender. I have a Microsoft 365 subscription. What I'm I doing wrong??

I keep receiving a message that says, "sign in with a different account". I have only one active account. Why is it telling me I need an account to use defender?

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Sign in using your Microsoft account.

    Look for “Microsoft 365 Family” or “Microsoft 365 Personal” under Active Subscriptions.

    • If you don’t see it under the account you’re signed into → that’s not the right one for Defender.
