MS Office Outlook 2019 Address Book

Question

My wife is using MS Office Outlook 2019 and has recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

A few days after the upgrade she noticed that her Address Book was empty, but can't say whether this happened as a result of the upgrade or has happened since then.

Please can you tell me how to restore the Address Book?

if yes, do you logged in correctly with the right account in your outlook?

check from File > Account
