checking key's validity

i have bought a key and i want to check its validity. because i have window 11 pro and i also have key for window 11 pro but it is still not working ,

and there is also a whenever am clicking on active now button on setting my screen getting freeze and it does opening next page to fill the key

To figure out why your product key isn't working, try these steps before activating Windows.

First, use the Activation Troubleshooter in Settings > System > Activation to fix common problems automatically. Also, check that your Windows version matches the key; this info is in Settings >System > Activation. If they don't match, you might need a new key or to reinstall the right version.
