During the process of testing if Hyperscale DB's was viable for one of my production databases, we made and error and did not revert the database to General Purpose. I understand that the 45 day grace period has expired but I am hoping there is a path to undo this. This is a tiny production database, which while essential, is not utilized enough to warrant Hyperscale as we did not understand the billing model properly when we picked it as our test case. It was only when our account manager flagged it to us that we tried to revert and now the 45 days has expired. I would greatly appreciate help in this matter. We have used Azure for >10 years and I am hoping our loyalty to your products will afford us some consideration. Thank you.
