How bad is Microsoft support!

I was one of thousands who were tricked into paying for Co-pilot when my 365 renewal was due. So far I have not been able to manage my subscription back to classic, have not been able to get support (except for one callback, in the middle of dinner time, from someone who couldn't help anyway) and certainly have not received a refund.

Why is it so difficult! Disgusting customer service and a very poor sales ethic.

    Hi Janet Peters,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A

First of all, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience. Microsoft does offer multiple support channels, and the best option often depends on the type of problem:

    1. Account or subscription issues: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing
    2. Microsoft 365 or OneDrive problems: https://support.microsoft.com/microsoft-365
    3. Windows or Insider builds: https://support.microsoft.com/windows

Please note that since we are forum moderators, we do not have access to your account/device to personally give you a refund.

Hope you can understand. Thank you for your time and patience.
