    Hi, thank you for reaching out. Are you trying to access a Microsoft email account like Outlook.com or another provider?

    For Microsoft accounts, your IMAP password is the same as your Microsoft account password. If you use two-step verification, you need an app password. Go to account.microsoft.com/security, sign in, and under “App passwords” create a new one. Use this app password in your email client for IMAP access.

    Not getting any emails on my phone . It keeps rejecting my password. I have changed it successfully but my phone still says it is incorrect
