Unable to purge Azure frontdoor endpoint 'trial' since last one day. This is a blocker for us to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

The business is impacted negatively past many days. When can you enable access to update the configurations? We are badly locked-in and can't unblock ourselves. Please help!

The temporary Service Management restrictions on Azure Front Door have been lifted on 5th November, and customers can now resume their configuration changes.

The Azure portal also reflects this update as a banner:

The backend team is actively monitoring the platform. And in case of any issues, we will reach out to the backend team for further assistance.

Sometimes, purging timesout after 2hours of progress. This happened twice in last 24hours.

The temporary restrictions on Azure Front Door have been lifted as of November 5, so you can now resume your configuration changes without any issues.

As part of our incident response, the team is conducting an internal review to understand what happened and will share their findings soon. Once complete, a Final Post Incident Review (PIR) will be published here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status/history/

To stay informed and receive notifications when the PIR is available, please make sure you’ve set up Azure Service Health alerts:
